A serial chart in ArcGIS Dashboards does not display domain descriptions when there are multiple domains on a subtype and the data is published as an image layer to ArcGIS Enterprise.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.Workaround
Use the subtype field as the unique value rendering field before publishing from ArcGIS Pro.
