A secured map service fails to print through a web adaptor with a custom print service, or when accessed through the web adaptor and a proxy page.

The team apologizes for being unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. If the issue continues to affect any work in a supported release, please contact Esri Support Services. It is recommended to migrate to print services published from ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
• Call the secure map services through port 6080, not through the web adaptor.
• Do not use a proxy, which forces users to log in to pass a token in the webmap_as_json request and to print.
