Bug
A Secure Service with limited usage (using URL) from ArcGIS Online cannot be added to ArcGIS Pro. An error message is returned, "Failed to Add data <path> ERROR code 403: You do not have access to this resource or perform this operation. Access to this resource is forbidden, regardless of authorization."
