A saved web map with the National Geographic basemap does not zoom in after a certain extent (1:600 ft).

Additional Information

This is an expected behavior. The web map zoom functionality is limited to the zoom scale configured for the basemap used. When a basemap is changed, the browser session uses the basemap zoom scale of the original basemap. Once the map is saved and refreshed, the map only zooms to the scale allowed by the current basemap.
