Page navigation with required questions is expected and by design in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app. Users must navigate between pages before submitting or completing all questions on each page, therefore this is not a bug and by design. Page navigation, required validation and error message display in Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.5 has been improved to allow for inline error message display.
