A raster layer returns an error in Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) for ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 3.13, even though the IE9 is mentioned in the document as a supported browser version.

Additional Information

A raster layer makes use of typed arrays which are not supported in IE 9, http://caniuse.com/#feat=typedarrays will update doc to reflect this.
