A raster layer output from geoprocessing tools in ArcMap may be incomplete when the output has a small cell size and is saved in an enterprise geodatabase.

- Upgrade to ArcMap 10.6.
- Use ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1.
- Output the raster to a file geodatabase and copy the raster into the enterprise geodatabase.
- Run the To Raster tools based on a selection, therefore create multiple rasters in the enterprise geodatabase.
- Run Dissolve on the original polygon layer. Dissolve the raster value field and use this new layer as the input for the To Raster tools.
