A Python script that recreates Field Maps Designer offline areas works in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 with ArcGIS API for Python 2.3 but fails in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 with API 3.3 when the map includes a vector tile layer.

Workaround

  1. Do not use vector tile layers in the web map.
  2. Revert back to ArcGIS Pro versions 3.4 or 3.3.
