A Portal for ArcGIS administrator account set as private does not honor the privacy changes at version 10.5.

The Portal for ArcGIS profile security setting in version 10.5 is working the same as previous versions. When a members profile is set to private, other members can select and view the members profile. However, the private setting blocks other members from viewing the thumbnail and bio information. The privacy setting for content can be changed by selecting items in My Content and pressing Share. To set items as private, where only the owner and administrator can view the layer, no boxes under Share should be selected. When the items are not shared, they will not be visible by selecting 'View Member's Items' under the members profile.Steps to Reproduce
