A pop-up is showing Epoch time format on a map in ArcGIS Dashboard but showing normal time format when is opened in ArcGIS Map Viewer.

The issue is non-reproducible when tested with ArcGIS Dashboards and ArcGIS Online post-April 2021 release.Workaround
Below is a quick test build created from ArcGIS Experience Builder using the same web map.

Note: The time format is the default format when using ArcGIS Experience Builder.
