Additional Information

This issue is as designed. The maplex label engine is working correctly. All examples are where the label is attached to a circular polygon feature, and a Division line feature also circles the perimeter of the point symbol. This Division line is a separate feature with a weight of 1000, so the Chimney label can't overlap it.
