A picture inserted in an ArcMap layout loses its quality when 'Save as part of document' is checked and the map is exported to a PNG/JPG file type.

1. Export to PDF/PNG at a resolution which is greater than '200 dpi'.2. Export the map to a GIF format above 150 dpi.If the output needs to be in a PNG or JPG format, change the extension from '.gif' to '.png' or '.jpg'.Steps to Reproduce
