A non-administrative member in ArcGIS Online is unable to view the full results of a survey in the Data tab in survey123.arcgis.com from a survey containing repeats, when the survey is shared to a group or organization.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 website.
  2. Navigate to Collaborate > Share Results. Change the setting to Public, and click Save.
  3. Change the setting back to the desired group, and click Save.

Additional Workarounds Found:

  1. Refresh the survey result page
  2. On the https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys page, access the survey by selecting the number of records icon or the data icon (options 2 & 3 in the following Survey Image):

3. The issue does not occur with the beta version of ArcGIS Survey123: https://survey123beta.arcgis.com
