Workaround
- Navigate to the survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 website.
- Navigate to Collaborate > Share Results. Change the setting to Public, and click Save.
- Change the setting back to the desired group, and click Save.
Additional Workarounds Found:
- Refresh the survey result page
- On the https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys page, access the survey by selecting the number of records icon or the data icon (options 2 & 3 in the following Survey Image):
