A model with the 'Apply Symbology From layer' tool fails to update the symbology of the feature layer when the feature layer has an underscore in its name, and the tool is run multiple times.

Additional Information
The issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Pro versions 2.6 and 2.7.Workaround
- Right-click the feature class in Catalog > Properties > Alias.
- Remove the underscore from the alias name.
- Add the 'Make Feature Layer' tool to the model, and use the output of this tool as the input layer for the 'Apply Symbology From Layer' tool.
