A model calling a Spatial ETL tool from Data Interoperability fails if run as a geoprocessing tool, if the output geodatabase is a parameter. It succeeds if executed from within ModelBuilder.

If no paramter is exposed the overwrite method in the ETL tool is used. If a param is exposed in GP then the GP overwrite method is used.Steps to Reproduce
