Additional Information

Explorer for ArcGIS 10.2.x releases did not yet provide support for MMPKs. Support for MMPKs is expected in upcoming Explorer for ArcGIS app currently in beta, https://community.esri.com/thread/196225-android-explorer-beta-release-signup-and-install-information.
