A MicroStation V8 DGN file containing a single multi-line feature geometry is not supported in ArcGIS, would like this geometry supported as it looks in Microstation.

Workaround

1. Save the data in MicroStation to an AutoCAD Version 2000 drawing file.2. Open the data in AutoCAD and then save it as a Version r12 DXF.3. Add the AutoCAD DXF to ArcMap and it will display properly.Or1. Save the data in MicroStation directly to an AutoCAD Version r12 DXF - this is reported to have worked but has not been confirmed.
