A map with a description does not honor the map extent of a map without a description, while the map without a description honors the map extent of a map with a description in ArcGIS Dashboards.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior if maps are not the same size (when a description or title is added, the size of the maps would be different). Please configure the maps with identical sizes.
