Bug
A map that is created in Windows XP and uses the Raster Calculator tool in ArcGIS 9.3.1 SP2 fails to execute the Raster Calculator tool in ArcMap 9.3.1. SP2 in Windows 7 with an error, “ERROR: 010167: could not open workspace C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings”.

1. In Windows 7, use the MXD Doctor to copy the data from the MXD created in Windows XP to a new MXD, and manually loads the data into the new MXD.2. Upgrade to ArcGIS 10.1, as maps created in Windows XP with ArcMap 9.3.1 SP2 successfully executes the Raster Calculator tool in Windows 7 with ArcMap 10.1 SP1.Steps to Reproduce
