A map service with pop-up enabled, added to a web map, does not display the layers when running an ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.3 application using Internet Explorer (IE).

No longer reproducible in 4.4

Workaround

Add the feature layers of the map service individually to the web map, and then use the web map in the same app. This loads fine for both IE and Chrome.
