1.Make a new database connection using "Add Database Connection" and connect to workgroup geodatabase using computername\sqlexpress as instance name. Name the file local-sqlexpress.sde2. Close ArcMap and open again to clear database connections.3. Add the point featureclass using the local-sqlexpress.sde connection.4. Save map and publish it. It should publish without errors.Steps to Reproduce
