The provided Oriented Imagery layer is currently missing several key fields required for precise worldToImage computation. At the moment, the layer includes values such as camera heading, pitch, roll, field of view, near and far distances, and camera height. While these parameters allow for an approximate conversion from world coordinates to image pixels (as seen when using tools like the Map-Image Location tool), they may not yield highly accurate results.
Additionally, note that the values currently provided might not be entirely accurate themselves and could benefit from review or correction to improve overall accuracy.
For more precise results, it is recommended to include additional camera parameters such as the sensor’s focal length, affine parameters, and lens distortion coefficients. These details significantly enhance the accuracy of image-to-world mapping.
