Additional Information

It is a known limitation that time zone information is not recorded by Flexnet Publisher. Since the license 'true-up' is done at midnight, the borrowed is added back to the licenses available on the License Manager at midnight of the License Manager host. It is important to note that, with automatic license return due to borrow time limit being achieved, there is no signal from the client to the License Manager, hence why midnight needs to be reached on the License Manager host. The only time a signal is sent between the client and host is when a license is manually returned from the client. In this latter scenario, the license is immediately available on the License Manager..
