A legend with text wrapping enabled does not handle and cuts off the layer name for a specific string of characters that includes parentheses.

This issue has been addressed in ArcGIS Pro. ArcGIS Pro is the next generation of ArcGIS Desktop software and is the primary focus for future development efforts. Currently there are no plans to address this issue in ArcMap.Workaround
