A legend item is not visible in a map series if the map frame extent is completely within the polygon.

In the pages mentioned, the Enquiry polygon is not visible. Even though the grid may be within that polygon, if users cannot see it in the current map frame view, it is not included in the legend when 'Only show features visible in the map extent' is checked. If it was appearing before, that was a defect that has since been addressed.Workaround
Uncheck 'Only show features visible in the map extent' for that specific legend item, then it appears on every page.
