In this case, where the URL uses calculated fields, this behavior is expected. To avoid the pop-up warnings, try using the "hide=leaveDialog" parameter provided by Survey123, and adding this to the embedded URL would resolve this issue. Use the Survey widget instead of the Embed widget to house the survey in the window.
