A layer file with values containing the delimiter used by the 'Unique Values, Many Fields' symbology are not drawn in ArcGIS Pro.

Additional Information
To use unique values with multiple fields in ArcMap, use a delimiter character that is not present in the values. In this case, change the delimiter to a character other than the default comma. Once the delimiter is set, the layer draws properly and can be successfully saved as a layer file or layer package that can be imported into ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
- Change the delimiter via the Advanced menu in ArcMap to a character combination not present in any of the attribute values associated with the fields being used.
- Recreate the symbology in ArcGIS Pro.
