A hybrid basemap does not display street names when exported as a PDF or image file in Business Analyst Online.

Workaround

1. Create a map in Business Analyst Online with the Hybrid basemap.
2. Share the map to ArcGIS Online.
3. View the map in Content > Open in Map Viewer.
4. Click Share > Create a Web App.
5. Select Basic Viewer > Create Web App.
6. View the app and select the Print icon. Download as PDF.
