Additional Information

Displaying the sign-in button in public surveys is controversial. An enhancement to let the survey authors decide if the sign-in button appears or not for public surveys is considered.

Workaround

  1. Open the public survey in an incognito window.
  2. Open a new tab and log in to ArcGIS Online.
  3. Refresh the survey tab.
  4. Open a new tab and open ArcGIS Survey123 website.
  5. Refresh the survey tab. It now displays the sign-in option on the header.
