A Group Manager is not recognized as a Manager if the Group Manager is not one of the 50 most recent to join a group in ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information
This issue is fixed and be part of the next update in early October.Workaround
Remove the Group Manager from the group and re-add them.
Note: If another 50 members are added after this workaround is used, the issue re-occurs and the Group Manager need to be removed and re-added again.
