A green warning message, "Could not analyze datasets DatabaseName.DataOwner.FeatureClass. (You might not have sufficient permissions.)" is returned when working with Esri Binary data type.

The issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Workaround

The statistics can be updated using a SQL query in the database. An example is the UPDATE STATISTICS owner.table query.
