A GetMap FORMAT request from a webmap service (WMS) in Operations Dashboard produces an incorrect .jpeg format (spelled “.jpg”). The WMS layers are not visible in Operations Dashboard.

Additional Information

The Windows version of Operations Dashboard (i.e. operation views) is in Mature support status. No new development, bug fixes or patches will be done by Esri. Customers are encouraged to use the new web-based version of the product (i.e. dashboard items)
