A geoprocessing service published to ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 fails with the error message, “Unable to complete operation” in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.22 and later versions.

Additional Information
Currently using ArcGIS Server 10.6.1. This issue is addressed at later version.Workaround
- Publish the geoprocessing service from ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1 to ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 and later versions.
- Use the earlier versions of ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.21 instead of publishing to the later versions of ArcGIS Server.
