Bug

A folder becomes case-sensitive once it is secured. When accessing a secured folder directly through REST, and the case is not correct in the URL, it is necessary to log out and log in again before the secured services become visible.

Additional Information

Folder names specified in the URL are case sensitive and will list services only when the correct case is specified in the URL.

Workaround

Use the same case in the URL as was used when the folder was created.
