Additional Information

This issue is likely caused by the new field types added in ArcGIS Pro version 3.2. Any layers with Big Integer, 64-bit ObjectID, Date Only, Time Only, or Timestamp Offset fields return the error when trying to add the layers to older ArcGIS Pro clients. Refer to the following documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/arcgis-field-data-types.htm

Workaround

Sometimes the data can be copied to a new file geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro 3.1, however, this is not consistent and sometimes produces an error.

The other workaround is to upload to ArcGIS Online and download as a file geodatabase.
