A few Living Atlas layers from ArcGIS Online do not honor the same symbology as the ArcGIS Online map viewer in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS for Desktop.

Additional Information

This is a known limit with the WPF desktop app, but works correctly in the web dashboard. Because of this limitation, it is suggested to use the Single view operations dashboard to use these layers.
