A FeatureLayer draws inconsistently when the constant MODE_ONDEMAND is specified and a definition expression is set. The service(s) experiencing drawing inconsistencies are published from a query layer that is created from a database view.

Workaround

- Use the constant MODE_SNAPSHOT when creating the FeatureLayer. - Use an ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer to consume the service.
