A feature service in ArcGIS Enterprise with m-values and z-values enabled does not return coded domain values when a query is made to the REST endpoint in the JSON format.

Additional Information
The ArcGIS Enterprise hosted feature service do not return domains in the query response as domains list can be large and inflates the JSON response. The domain list for a field can be easily accessed from layer end points and used as desired.Steps to Reproduce
