Additional Information
The functionality to rematch with the Geocode File tool was added at ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.Workaround
- Query for T's and U's in the output feature class
- Export those as a table.
- Use Geocode Addresses (none of them matched), but then Rematch is enabled and works properly.
