Bug
A downloaded CSV or shapefile from an ArcGIS Open Data site treats the RD_New coordinate system as the custom projection, and recalculates the area and perimeter of polygons to decimal degrees.

CSV and shapefile downloads work as expected from now on, but geometry calculations for local projections are not currently supported for Keyhole Markup Language (KML) downloads.Workaround
Before uploading the data to the service, add a new field or fields, defined as Double, to the attribute table to store Length, Perimeter, or Area values in the original units. Next, calculate the original values into these fields. Then, the original values in linear units are preserved in the service, and can be exported.Steps to Reproduce
