Workaround
*Converting the Spatial View into an SDE Feature Class and working directly with that produces the correct results*1. Add the Spatial View into ArcMap2. Right click on the Layer in the TOC and go to Properties > go to Defintion Query Tab3. Apply the definition query (this def. query refers to specific data submitted with this bug): LAST_CHANGED_DATE_TIME= to_date('03/11/2007 12','mm/dd/yyyy HH24')4. Right click on the Layer in the TOC and click Data > Export Data...5. Export the data as an SDE Feature Class back into the original SDE6. Add the exported Feature Class to ArcMap - Identify, Selections and the Attribute Table will all function properly now with this layer.Steps to Reproduce
