The drawings must be georeferenced into the desired location and assigned the proper coordinate system to insure a correct geographic transformation.Workaround

The only way to do this is to uninstall ArcGIS for Desktop or ArcGIS for Server as there is no way to uninstall only the QIP.Steps to Reproduce
