A custom printing tool published from ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x or ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 stops working when ArcGIS Pro is installed in the same machine and upgraded to ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.Workaround
Uninstalling or reverting ArcGIS Pro 3.2 to an older version enables the proper functionality of the custom printing tool configured in Portal for ArcGIS.
