A custom or default printing service in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 is not printing certain ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World layers (the Observed Wind Swath layer from the 'Sample - Active Hurricanes, Cyclones and Typhoons' service).

Additional Information

Upgrade to one of the newer ArcGIS Enterprise releases to resolve the issue.

Workaround

  • Upgrade the system to ArGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or 11.x.
  • Use the ArcGIS Online printing service as the default printing service for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.
