A CSV file which has some fields deleted outside of the software are still seen when added in ArcGIS Pro 2.1.0.

This issue is not reproducible. Contact Esri Support Services, if the issue still persists.Workaround
- After deleting the fields from the .csv, save another copy of the .csv and add to ArcGIS Pro.
- Export the table to .csv in ArcGIS Pro to allow users to delete the fields in the software.
