Bug
A CSV file exported from the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Attribute Table widget is empty if the ObjectID field is not set to be visible in the widget configuration, and if the layer is from an ArcGIS Server feature service where the number of records in the table is below the service's maxRecordCount.

Workaround
Configure the Query widget to set up filters, and export to CSV from there.
