Additional Information

The web map being authored from ArcGIS Pro does not contain any feature reduction info for Map Viewer to use to do the drawing of the bins. Side aggregation is not supported in Map Viewer unlike in ArcGIS Pro. Only geohash is supported in Map Viewer compared to the other shapes available in ArcGISPro. https://developers.arcgis.com/web-map-specification/objects/featureReduction/

Workaround

Users can create aggregation in Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic; however, the aggregation in Map Viewer does not have a hexagonal binning option. Users can also add the same point layer back that they had aggregated and change the view visibility so the points only show up when zooming in to the bin.
