This is as designed as noted in the following documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformnotes.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_31E80EF0A30346F2B083BA1524B378D9. "Groups named generated_group_coverPage are created by the web designer for surveys with pages, for use in the web app. These groups are ignored in the field app and Survey123 Connect."Workaround
Change any character in the syntax, such as 'generated_group_coverPane.'
