A 999999 error is returned in ArcGIS Pro when using the Import XML Workspace Document tool with a ZIP file input containing multiple extensible markup language (XML) files inside.

Workaround
- Run the tool in ArcMap.
- Unify all the XMLs into one single file (using Notepad ++) and run the tool.
Be aware of the continuous lines and do not split the data when copy and pasting in separate rows. Continue from the previous line where the XML stops.
Running the tool after fixing the XML takes time. During testing, a 6GB XML (with a binary export) takes 8 hours to import the data with no errors.
