Bug

When moving or creating point features to a line in a linear referencing system (LRS) or a utility network (UN), the error message "Error: Unable to complete operation. The modified centerline geometry will result in an uncalibrated or non-monotonic route." is returned.

Additional Information

This is due to data issues. The centerlines associated with the route with OID 4375 are not coincident in 3D (the Z values between the centerlines are different). When the junction point is added, a cartographic realignment is triggered and fails due to the Z values not being connected.

Workaround

Snapping an Unknown/Unknown Asset Group Asset Type point to the line works successfully, and then changing this to Weld/Weld. The Snap geoprocessing tool also allows snapping the Weld/Weld or other points to the line.
